Arrive from midday on the Saturday. After pitching, please move your vehicle (unless you will be sleeping in it) off the camping field and into the car park.

A welcome feast on the first night will be organised. Here you’ll meet new and old friends. Please bring food to share. The welcome meeting, where we all gather to celebrate the start of the camp, is on Sunday morning. Here you will meet the Core Group and find answers to any questions you may have about the camp.

 

Throughout the week we will organise ourselves to put on workshops, maintain the facilities and run the camp. Finally together, on the following Sunday, we will take down the camp, leaving no trace behind us on the meadow. You need to commit for the full camp.
